I am having trouble with my audio. Am I suppose to be muted?

I don't see or hear anything at all

I believe participants are all muted upon entry.

If you have visual or sound issues - try leaving the meeting and logging back in!

When you say free and reduced, does that also mean that there would be programs to access that utilize insurance a payer source? Possibly free to the client but funded by insurance?

It can, Tabitha. We have the opportunity to approve programs that accept Medicaid on Resourceful. For example, such as mental health resource, as we know its a gap.
